**Location:** Heliopolis (Masr El Gedida), Cairo

**Job Summary:**  
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller with 2–5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling costs across operations, ensuring efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Monitor and analyze company costs, including operational, supply chain, and F&B costs
-   Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and budgeting forecasts
-   Track inventory costs and ensure accurate cost allocation
-   Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to optimize cost efficiency
-   Review and control expenses to ensure alignment with budgets
-   Support month-end closing with cost-related entries and reporting
-   Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-   **2–5 years of experience in cost control within the F&B industry is a must**
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
-   Strong understanding of costing principles, especially food cost & inventory control
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
