## Description

**About GoTyme**

GoTyme is a joint venture between the Gokongwei Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines, and the Singapore-headquartered digital banking group Tyme. This venture combines the trusted Gokongwei brand, customer base, and distribution ecosystem with Tyme’s globally proven digital banking technology and hands-on experience building South Africa’s leading digital bank, TymeBank, one of the fastest-growing digital banks in the world today.

At GoTyme, we have embarked on a journey to democratize financial services and bring next-level banking to the Philippines. We seek individuals who share our belief that the game is worth changing, to join our growing team of GoTymers as we build, launch, and scale a bank that empowers all Filipinos to navigate a path to financial freedom.

About the role

As a Segment Growth Lead you will:

- Own the full commercial performance of your segments — acquisition, engagement, retention, and P&L contribution. You are accountable for moving the numbers, not just running initiatives.
- Define and drive the segment strategy grounded in deep customer understanding. You will immerse yourself in the motivations, income patterns, financial behaviors, and pain points of freelancers, digital sellers, students, and household financial decision-makers — and translate those insights into clear commercial priorities.
- Build and scale growth engines through partnerships, community ecosystems, lifecycle programs, and targeted incentives. You will source and negotiate partnerships, review commercial constructs, and ensure initiatives are economically sound and outcome-driven.
- Execute with ownership. While working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, Risk, and Operations, you retain responsibility for results. You will be hands-on when needed, structured in your problem-solving, and rigorous in performance tracking.
- Continuously assess what is working and what is not. You are expected to challenge assumptions, refine the roadmap, and ensure that every initiative meaningfully contributes to sustainable segment growth and profitability.

## Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in growth, segment management, business development, or commercial roles within fintech, digital banking, payments, or high-growth consumer platforms.
- You have owned a customer, revenue, or performance target and understand the difference between activity and impact.
- Highly quantitative and data-driven, comfortable using cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and financial modeling to inform decisions.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — equally comfortable shaping direction and driving delivery.
- Strong commercial judgment, can review partnership contracts and incentive structures, and understand growth economics.
- Structured problem-solver, detail-oriented, and able to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Deeply customer-obsessed and motivated to become an expert in your segment.
- Experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, or high-growth consumer platforms.
- Exposure to freelancer ecosystems, marketplace sellers, student communities, or mass-market consumer segments.
- Experience structuring partnerships or community-led growth programs.
