## Description

Riverpoint RV Park is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Team Member to join our team year-round. This is a part-time position of up to 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for our guests. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, comfortable working independently, and enjoys a variety of hands-on tasks.

### Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

-   General property and RV park maintenance
-   Mowing, trimming, landscaping, and grounds upkeep
-   Cleaning and maintaining common areas
-   Minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair projects
-   Maintaining park facilities, equipment, and amenities
-   Assisting with site preparation and RV site maintenance
-   Trash removal and keeping the property clean and presentable
-   Identifying and addressing maintenance issues before they become larger problems
-   Helping maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests
-   Other general maintenance duties as needed

## Requirements

-   Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, campground, RV park, or similar experience is preferred
-   Strong general handyman skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems
-   Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
-   Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
-   Good attention to detail and pride in your work
-   Able to perform physical tasks associated with property maintenance
-   Valid driver's license required
-   Must pass background check
-   Positive attitude and good communication skills
-   Ability to interact professionally and courteously with RV park guests
