## Description

**About the Role:**

-   Full-time contract
-   Office-based
-   work location: Dubai, Dubai Commer City

**Responsibilities**:

-   Manage import and export customs clearance, including documentation and system submissions
-   Ensure compliance with customs regulations and maintain standardized processes
-   Monitor bonded inventory and perform monthly reconciliation and analysis
-   Confirm HS codes for products and materials
-   Coordinate with customs authorities and stay updated on regulations
-   Support inspections and audits and resolve customs-related issues

## Requirements

-   Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai customs clearance, preferably in Free Zone operations
-   Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs regulations and HS code classification
-   Proficient in customs declaration processes and Dubai Trade systems
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-   CCE or CTLP certification is a plus
-   Fluent in Arabic and English
-   Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
-   Immediately available preferred
