We are growing and looking to add an experienced Heating & Cooling (HVAC) Technician to our team.

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a minimum of **2 years of hands-on experience** to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This is a higher-level role suited for a technician who can work independently, provide excellent customer service, and take pride in quality work.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems (furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
-   Accurately diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
-   Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
-   Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company procedures
-   Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
-   Complete work orders and documentation accurately and timely
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

## Requirements

-   Minimum **2 years of HVAC experience** required
-   Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques
-   EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
-   Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-   Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
