We are seeking a dedicated and professional _Italian Speaking Customer Representative_ for Dyson to join our dynamic team. This role offers **paid relocation to Greece**, combining a rewarding career with the chance to experience life in a beautiful country.

**Your Role:**

-   Provide exceptional customer service and support to Italian-speaking Dyson customers.
-   Handle inquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support through phone, email, and chat.
-   Use company systems and resources to resolve customer issues efficiently and promptly.
-   Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service consistent with Dyson’s brand values.
-   Collaborate closely with the team to achieve service goals and improve the customer experience.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
-   Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical or product-related environment, is a plus.
-   Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Possibility to work from home, anywhere in Greece.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
