Next Job Abroad is excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a German Speaking Content Moderator to join our energetic team in Malta, with **fully paid relocation included!** This position is ideal for individuals looking to combine their language skills with a passion for ensuring a positive online environment.

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in promoting a safe online experience for users. **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Review and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards.
-   Identify and report inappropriate content and escalate violations as needed.
-   Document moderation actions and contribute to team reporting.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to refine moderation processes and guidelines.
-   Stay informed about current trends and changes in content moderation practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in **German** and proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
-   Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
-   Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
-   Experience in content moderation is advantageous but not a requirement.
-   Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
-   Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and embrace changing guidelines.
