**Role overview**

Remote Recruitment is looking for a remote Senior Appointment Setter to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll open conversations with decision-makers and fill the calendar with qualified meetings. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

**Key responsibilities**

-   Book qualified meetings through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
-   Qualify prospects against clear criteria before booking
-   Keep the CRM updated with accurate activity and notes
-   Follow up consistently and manage a full pipeline
-   Hit weekly meeting and conversion targets

**What you'll need**

-   Proven appointment setting, SDR or outbound sales experience
-   Comfort on the phone with UK decision-makers
-   Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools
-   Clear written and spoken English with a neutral accent
-   A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
