**Job Description: IFS/iPipeline Specialist**

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in **IFS (an iPipeline product)**, service request management, deployments, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with related modules and proficiency in **iGrafx workflows** to streamline business processes and ensure seamless system integration.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and support **IFS/iPipeline product implementations** across business units.
-   Handle **service requests** and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
-   Oversee **deployment activities**, including planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize **related modules**.
-   Design, document, and maintain **workflows using iGrafx** for process automation and efficiency.
-   Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
-   Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in system management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   Strong knowledge of **IFS/iPipeline product suite**.
-   Experience in **service request handling** and **deployment management**.
-   Familiarity with **related modules** and their integration points.
-   Proficiency in **workflow design tools, particularly iGrafx**.
-   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Prior experience in **financial services or insurance domain**.
-   Exposure to **process optimization and automation projects**.
-   Knowledge of ITIL practices for service management.
