## Requirements

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with more than three years of insurance defense experience, experience in bodily injury and/or general liability preferred.

Qualifications:

· Minimum three years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on bodily injury and/or general liability preferred

· Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities, required

· Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries, and assist with investigation of pre-suit matters.

· Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel

· Must be task-oriented.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
