We are currently recruiting Field Sales Representatives for **immediate starts and January 2027 positions nationwide**. If you enjoy meeting people, working independently, and being rewarded for your performance, this could be the opportunity for you.

**About the Role**

National Broadband Ireland (NBI) is transforming connectivity across the country, and we're looking for ambitious, driven sales professionals to help bring high-speed fibre broadband to homes and communities throughout Ireland.

This is a field-based role where you'll have the freedom to manage your own territory while being supported by an experienced team committed to helping you succeed.

**What's In It For You? Up to €57,000 OTE!**

-   Base Salary - €32,000 - €35,000
-   Commission: - €12,000 OTE & **Uncapped Commission**

**A Typical Day?**

**No two days are the same.**

You might start your morning with a coffee in one town and finish your day helping customers in another.

**You'll spend your day:**

-   Meeting homeowners & business owners within your designated territory
-   Introducing customers to NBI's fibre broadband network
-   Explaining products and benefits clearly and confidently
-   Helping customers access faster and more reliable internet services
-   Building strong relationships within local communities
-   Managing your own schedule and territory to maximise results

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For, Essential Requirements:**

-   Previous **sales** experience
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude
-   Confidence working independently
-   A full clean **manual** driving licence
-   A passion for meeting new people and building relationships
-   Strong work ethic and a positive mindset
