## Description

ERS ELITE is partnering with a high-volume, professionally managed **union automotive dealership** in Staten Island, NY to hire experienced **A-Level Automotive Technicians**. This is a full-time, on-site role offering **top-of-market union compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability**.

This position is designed for **senior-level diagnostic technicians** with extensive hands-on experience. This is not an entry-level role.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
-   Troubleshoot complex electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical concerns
-   Complete repairs accurately and efficiently in accordance with OEM and dealership standards
-   Communicate clearly with service advisors and leadership regarding repair needs and timelines
-   Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
-   Participate in ongoing training to remain current with OEM standards and emerging technologies

## Requirements

-   A-Level automotive technician skill set
-   **5+ years** of professional automotive repair experience
-   Strong electrical and advanced diagnostic troubleshooting capabilities
-   ASE and/or OEM certifications preferred (6 ASE or 1 OEM)
-   Proven record of quality workmanship with minimal comebacks
-   Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
