## Description

Talent 360 is hiring a **Junior Site Supervision Architect** to join our team in New Cairo.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise architectural works on site and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
-   Monitor the progress and quality of architectural works.
-   Coordinate with contractors and relevant project teams to resolve site-related issues.
-   Review architectural works and identify discrepancies or non-conformities.
-   Follow up on site activities and ensure proper implementation of architectural requirements.
-   Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth execution and minimize clashes.
-   Participate in site meetings and follow up on required actions.
-   Prepare and maintain relevant site reports and documentation.
-   Escalate technical or execution issues when required.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**.
-   **4+ years of experience** in architectural site supervision.
-   Strong understanding of architectural construction and site execution.
-   Good communication and coordination skills.
-   Strong attention to detail.
-   Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
