This role is perfect for individuals who love travel and customer service, and are enthusiastic about helping Croatian-speaking clients with their travel arrangements and inquiries.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and modifications effectively and efficiently.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
-   Stay informed about Booking.com’s offerings and latest travel trends to provide accurate information and assistance.
-   Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate closely with other departments to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.
-   Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Proficient in customer service software and standard office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Passion for travel with a desire to assist customers in creating memorable experiences.
