### Responsibilities

-   Develop and maintain high-quality web applications across the full technology stack.
-   Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
-   Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
-   Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
-   Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
-   Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality and user experience.
-   Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance development processes.
-   Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a fullstack developer or similar role, with a focus on age-related technology development preferred.
-   Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
-   Experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java and database management.
-   Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
-   Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
-   Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
