## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for Danish-Speaking Software Customer Experts to join our team in Greece, with a fully paid relocation package. This role offers a unique opportunity for software-savvy individuals fluent in Danish to provide expert support to customers while enjoying life in Greece. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, solving software-related issues, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide expert-level software support to Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues effectively and efficiently.
-   Guide customers through software functionalities, installations, and updates to enhance user experience.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
-   Collaborate with development and technical teams to escalate complex technical issues and contribute to product improvements.
-   Stay updated on the latest software developments and company products to deliver informed support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (both verbal and written) is a must; proficiency in English is beneficial.
-   Strong technical aptitude and prior experience in software customer support or related roles.
-   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-   Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-   Experience with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
-   Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
-   Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Greece.
