## Description

**Work Setup:** Onsite (BGC, Taguig)

**Work Schedule:** Day Shift

**Start Date:** August 24-31, 2026

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor's Degree in a Business, HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.
-   At least 36 months as HR Specialist
-   Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR/payroll systems where applicable.
-   Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
-   Can start ASAP

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Review and validate attendance transactions for accuracy and compliance.
-   Handle complex attendance and leave-related inquiries and escalations.
-   Perform root cause analysis on attendance discrepancies.
-   Conduct quality reviews and recommend process improvements.
-   Prepare attendance dashboards and management reports.
-   Support policy interpretation and employee communication.
-   Train and mentor team members on attendance processes. Monitor SLA adherence and productivity targets.
