### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general customer service issues.
-   Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
-   Participate in training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
-   Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with all relocation expenses fully covered.
