Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a highly organized and experienced **Operations Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have **3–4 years of UAE experience in the Food & Beverage Supply Chain industry** and be available for **immediate joining**.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Coordinate and oversee daily supply chain and operational activities.
-   Manage procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution processes.
-   Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products and materials.
-   Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
-   Track deliveries, optimize supply chain performance, and resolve operational issues.
-   Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company policies.
-   Prepare operational reports, inventory analysis, and performance metrics.
-   Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Minimum **3–4 years of UAE experience** in the **Food & Beverage Supply Chain industry**.
-   Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
-   Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Inventory Management systems.
-   Strong communication and coordination abilities.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
