### Madison Property Restoration is Hiring a Carpenter/Painter/Drywaller!

**Location:** Madison, WI  
**Schedule:** Full-Time | 40–45 hours per week  
**Pay Rate:** $27–$30 per hour  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Work Location:** On-Site

### Overview

Madison Property Restoration is looking for an experienced **Carpenter/Painter/Drywaller** to join our team in Madison, WI.

We are a small company specializing primarily in residential restoration and remodeling projects. A major part of this position involves rebuilding and restoring walls and other areas of homes following **water and mold damage**.

The ideal candidate has hands-on residential remodeling experience, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and can effectively manage projects independently while also working well as part of a team.

### Responsibilities

-   Complete residential carpentry, painting, and drywall work.
-   Rebuild and restore walls following water and mold damage.
-   Install and repair trim and cabinetry.
-   Install doors and windows.
-   Install insulation and drywall.
-   Complete interior and exterior painting as required.
-   Perform finishing and restoration work with strong attention to detail.
-   Maintain high standards for workmanship and quality.
-   Organize and manage assigned work independently.
-   Work effectively both independently and alongside other team members.
-   Properly use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment.

## Requirements

-   **2–5 years of experience in residential remodeling.**
-   Experience with **carpentry, painting, and drywall work**.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
-   Ability to stay organized and self-manage assigned work.
-   Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-   **Valid Driver's License.**
-   **Good driving record.**
