## Description

-   Identify and target potential clients through research, referrals, and networking.
-   Conduct engaging sales presentations and meetings to showcase our financial offerings.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
-   Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-   Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and enhance client experiences.
-   Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
-   Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
-   A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services sector.
-   Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
-   Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
-   Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales CRM tools.
-   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

## Benefits

Salary Range - NGN100,000 - NGN180,000
