Sales Manager/Business Development – HVAC, M&E & BMS Solutions

Target Customers / Past Projects  
\- High-rise residential and commercial towers.  
\- Factories, production plants, shopping malls, hospitals, cinemas, and stadiums.  
\- Industrial facilities requiring advanced HVAC and BMS solutions.  
\- Chiller plant systems and large-scale mechanical systems.  
  
Job Summary  
\- Responsible for driving sales of HVAC, M&E, and BMS system solutions.  
\- Develops and executes sales strategies, manages client relationships, and ensures customer satisfaction.  
\- Works closely with technical and service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
  
Sales Strategy and Planning:  
\- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.  
\- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in high-rise complex buildings, hotels, and industrial sectors.  
  
Client Relationship Management:  
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.  
\- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.  
  
Sales Process Management:  
\- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.  
\- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.  
  
Market Analysis:  
\- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.  
\- Identify emerging opportunities and market needs.  
  
Collaboration and Coordination:  
\- Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.  
\- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and quality service.  
  
Reporting and Documentation:  
\- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.  
\- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.  
  
  
Experience  
\- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC (especially chiller plant) and M&E.  
\- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in high-rise building, hotel, or industrial sectors.  
\- Strong understanding of HVAC, BMS, and M&E system technologies.  
  
Level  
\- Reports to the Managing Director.  
\- Includes annual bonus and 5% profit share.  
\- Mid to senior level position (minimum 5 years’ experience).  
\- This is a hands-on, solo pioneer role for the Malaysian market; does not manage a team.  
\- Clear progression path to Regional Sales Manager or Business Development Leadership roles.  
  
Location & Work Arrangement  
\- Based in Kuala Lumpur office.  
\- Targets customers across Klang Valley and Malaysia.
