### **Customer Service Representative | Metroll Minto**

Metroll is a trusted name in the Australian construction and manufacturing industry, supplying roofing, cladding, rainwater, structural and fencing products across the country. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Minto and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment.

Working closely with the sales, production and operations teams, you will assist customers with product enquiries, quotations, order processing and delivery coordination.

**Your responsibilities will include:**

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions

• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Providing product information and support to customers, builders, contractors and trade partners

• Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders

• Managing customer records and maintaining accurate data within company systems

• Resolving customer issues and enquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Assisting the sales team with administrative and customer support activities

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a similar role

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems

• A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

**Desirable**

• Experience within manufacturing, construction, building products or industrial industries

• Knowledge of steel building products or the construction industry

• Experience working with customer, sales or order management systems
