**The Role**

As a Finance Graduate, you will join our Finance team and gain broad exposure to financial operations within a growing international engineering organisation.

You will work alongside experienced finance professionals and develop practical experience across reporting, accounts, reconciliations, project finance and financial administration.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
-   Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
-   Support bank and account reconciliations.
-   Assist with month-end reporting.
-   Help maintain accurate financial records.
-   Support project and cost reporting.
-   Assist with data analysis and finance reporting.
-   Support financial audits and compliance activities.
-   Work with colleagues across the wider business.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
-   Strong numerical and analytical skills.
-   Good attention to detail.
-   Strong organisational skills.
-   Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
-   Interest in developing a career in finance.
-   Professional and proactive approach.
