## Description

We’re looking for a **Long-Form Video Editor** who can turn raw footage and live-stream recordings into engaging YouTube videos.

The content is focused on **sports, sports cards, collectibles, reactions, and personality-driven entertainment**. You should understand pacing, storytelling, and how to keep viewers watching.  

**Job Responsibilities:**

-   Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage and live streams.
-   Find the best reactions, moments, and storylines.
-   Remove slow sections and keep the pacing engaging.
-   Add music, sound effects, captions, zooms, graphics, and B-roll when needed.
-   Create strong hooks and intros.
-   Highlight big pulls, funny moments, and key events.
-   Keep projects organized and deliver videos on time.

## Requirements

-   2 years experience editing long-form YouTube content.
-   Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention.
-   Skilled in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
-   Able to work through long raw recordings and identify the strongest content.
-   Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently.

### Nice to Have

-   **Experience with sports, sports cards, collectibles, gaming, or livestream content.**
-   **Knowledge of NFL, NBA, MLB, or the trading card community.**
-   **Motion graphics or short-form editing experience.**
