## Description

**About 2070Health**

W Health Ventures has set up India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include ElevateNow, Nivaan Care, BabyMD, Reveal Healthtech and Everhope Oncology. This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health.

**About Stealth Company
**It is an early-stage healthcare company building new ways for clinics to deliver and manage patient care beyond the consultation room. We work closely with leading doctors and clinics to make healthcare delivery more seamless and effective. We arebuilding a simpler and more trusted way for people to get the care they need.

**The role**

We need to reach people and earn their trust.

We're looking for someone who wants to figure out how people discover, trust, and choose care, then build the systems that make it happen.

There isn't a predefined playbook. We'll work through questions like:

- In health people trust word of mouth not ads. Nobody really owns that. How do we become the name people trust enough to refer a friend to?
- How do we get someone to actually follow through on the care they need? What content, and where, makes that happen?
- What can we give doctors to share with their patients?
- Do we even need social channels? If we do, which ones, and to say what?
- How do we run a community that keeps people on track?
- What makes us and our doctors easier to find and trust online? GMB, reviews, local search, SEM/SEO.

This is a role for someone who enjoys experimenting. You'll test ideas, measure what works, double down on the winners, and quickly move on from what doesn't.

Much of this hasn't been figured out yet—and that's exactly the opportunity. We're looking for someone who wants to build the playbook with us, not execute someone else's.

## Requirements

**What we're looking for**

Someone who's done this before and still likes doing the work themselves.

- Experience of 4-7 years, but we care more about what you've done than how long. This is more building than managing, so it'll suit you if that's how you like to spend your time. A few things we'd love to see:

- You love brands and you love numbers. This role needs both. If you only care about the story and not whether it moved anything, this isn't it.
- You can find the story that makes people trust us and tell it simply.
- You've owned growth end to end at an early startup and shaped the plan yourself rather than running someone else's.
- You still like making the thing yourself — a poster, a page, a short video, a message that lands.
- You've run SEM and SEO hands-on so people can actually find us, and you can walk us through the numbers.
- You've helped real people take an action — book, sign up, follow through — and you measure yourself there, not just on reach.
- Bonus if you've done retention, community, or lifecycle work, or worked somewhere trust matters (healthcare, fintech, insurance, local services).
