## Job Description – Moveworks Developer

## Must-Have Skills

-   Hands-on experience with **Moveworks Agent Studio**.
-   Strong knowledge of **Plugins, API/HTTP Actions, and Conversational Processes**.
-   Experience with **Slots, Resolvers, and conversational workflow development**.
-   Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise integrations.
-   Understanding of LLM/GenAI-based conversational AI solutions.
-   Ability to troubleshoot, test, and optimize Moveworks agents, integrations, and workflows.

## Preferred Skills

-   Experience integrating Moveworks with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
-   Knowledge of REST/API integrations, authentication, and error handling.
-   Exposure to Enterprise Search, Ambient Agents, Compound Actions, MCP, and Agentic Automation Engine.
-   Familiarity with Now Assist and Virtual Agent (VA).

## Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI experiences using Moveworks.
-   Build and configure Agents, Plugins, API/HTTP Actions, and Conversational Processes.
-   Configure Slots and Resolvers to support accurate conversational workflows.
-   Integrate Moveworks with enterprise applications and backend systems.
-   Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of conversational solutions.
-   Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective AI-driven automation.
