## Description

-   Monitor and analyze macro-economics, property market, capital market, relevant regulatory development, and industry peers that have an impact on Fortune REIT’s operating environment

-   Play a prime role in the setting up and maintenance of the records, databases and relevant reports

-   Closely monitor the unit activity of Fortune REIT

-   Financial Modelling for property investment, simulation for investment proposal and assist in investment due diligence
-   Analyze macro and micro data sets, identify trends, patterns and relationships, and derive business insights accordingly;
-   Prepare reports and materials for the management stating insights, trends, and recommendation
-   Visualize real estate stories behind data and translate them into common business language easy to understand

## Requirements

-   Bachelor Degree in Finance, Surveying, Economics or related disciplines
-   Minimum 4 years of related working experience in Real Estate, Finance, Research or related fields preferably from property companies
-   CFA or progress towards CFA would be an advantage
-   Demonstrated interest in developing a career in real estate research and investment
-   Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (PowerBI as a plus)
-   Proven experience in preparing presentation of financials in PowerPoint
-   Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
-   Strong capability in financial modeling with analytical abilities to interpret data
-   Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
-   Good interpersonal skills to coordinate & collaborate with diverse team of colleagues
