## Description

**The Role**

We are looking for a structured, hands-on **AI Agent Engineer Intern** to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day-to-day delivery of customer projects.

You will work at the intersection of **operations, product, and customer delivery**, playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing processes.

**What you’ll do:**

-   Ensure operational projects are delivered on time by tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks across teams
-   Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
-   Act as a **client-facing point of contact** for operational follow-ups, status updates, and coordination
-   Create, maintain, and improve **process and platform documentation** (internal and customer-facing)
-   Support the automation of workflows using tools such as **Make, Activepieces, or n8n**
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling

## Requirements

**What we’re looking for:**

-   Final-year Master’s student (engineering or equivalent) looking for a hands-on operational role
-   Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
-   Comfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams
-   Knowledge of **SQL, Python**, and workflow automation (**n8n**, **ActivePieces**, **Make**)
-   Fluent in **English** and at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, etc.)
-   Previous exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation
