## Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a major finishing project in Ras El Hekma, North Coast.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in finishing and fit-out works, with strong site supervision and execution capabilities.

## Requirements

\* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

\* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finishing and fit-out works.

\* Strong experience in site supervision and execution of finishing activities.

\* Good knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.

\* Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and other project teams.

\* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

\* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

**Responsibilities**

\* Supervise and manage all finishing activities on-site.

\* Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

\* Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of activities.

\* Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and other project teams.

\* Follow up on manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

\* Identify and resolve site issues to maintain project progress.

\* Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
