## Description

### Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated **General Laborers** to join our automotive assembly team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive parts using hand tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

### Shift

-   **Monday – Friday**
-   **6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. OT and weekends depend on production needs**

### Pay

-   **$15.50 per hour**
-   **+$1.50 per hour shift premium** for afternoon shift

### Responsibilities

-   Assemble automotive parts according to work instructions and quality standards.
-   Use hand tools and other basic assembly equipment safely and effectively.
-   Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
-   Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
-   Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
-   Ability to use hand tools.
-   Ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shift.
-   Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
