\* Track record launching new products, opening buyer bases, and scaling brand value to market leader.  
\* History anchoring macro sales initiatives aligning with government agencies, GLCs, and the Johor economic corridor.  
\* Sound knowledge of local housing policies, regulatory frameworks, and regional market dynamics.  
\* Extensive, active networks with top property agencies, government sectors, and financial institutions.  
\* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.
