### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality support to VIP Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
-   Keep thorough records of customer interactions to ensure continuity and effective follow-up.
-   Work collaboratively with other teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.
-   Provide insights and feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
-   Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Proven experience in customer support, ideally with VIP clients.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
-   A proactive approach and a dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
