## Description

**Full-time position**

**Full Remote or Hybrid
**
We're looking for a product designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and brings genuine craft to every stage of the process — from a rough concept scribbled on a FigJam board to a polished, shipped interface.
You'll work side by side with a Design BA on projects across Professional Services, Digital Services, HR, Logistics, ESG, and more — taking an active role in everything from early discovery and presales to final delivery. If you're the kind of person who gets energized by a half-formed problem and knows how to shape it into something real, we want to talk.

**What You'll Be Doing**
• Participating in presales activities — helping shape proposals, visualize concepts, and demonstrate design thinking to prospective clients
• Leading and contributing to discovery, research, and UX architecture before requirements are fully defined
• Balancing analysis, research, and visual execution — knowing when to go deep and when to move fast
• Creating prototypes, user flows, IAs, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Conducting usability testing and customer development interviews
• Collaborating with development teams and presenting design decisions to client stakeholders
• Continuously finding ways to improve the product and proposing alternative solutions

**What We're Looking For**
**Mindset & Approach**
• Operates with assumptions — you don't wait for perfect requirements; you form hypotheses, validate them, and move forward   • Abstract thinker — able to work at the conceptual level, connecting business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into coherent solutions
• Critical thinker — you question what's in front of you, not just execute it
• AI-forward — actively uses AI tools in your workflow; understands where to delegate, where to stay in control, and where human judgment makes the difference; comfortable with rapid AI-assisted prototyping
• Startup-minded — energized by an unpredictable, fast-moving environment without a rigid plan; flexible, experimental, and genuinely enjoy figuring things out as you go

**Hard Skills**
• Figma — advanced level, including components, auto-layouts, constraints, libraries, and design systems
• Mobile-first expertise — strong knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns, platform principles, technical capabilities, and constraints
• FigJam (or similar) for board collaboration and mind mapping
• Deep knowledge of HCD, UCD, and related methodologies
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and analytics tools   • Knowledge of accessibility principles
• Optional: UI animation experience
• Optional: code-based prototyping tools (e.g., Framer)

**Experience**
• A background spanning agency, studio, and/or product environments is a real advantage — it builds a breadth of thinking that pure single-track experience rarely does
• Experience contributing to or leading presales engagements (pitches, concept presentations, early-stage scoping)

**Soft Skills**
• Provides meaningful reasoning behind design decisions
• Gives and receives feedback well, following nonviolent communication principles
• Communicates clearly with clients and colleagues across cultures
• Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
• Passionate about learning and trying new things

**Languages**
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above — our clients speak English, and designers participate actively in client-facing conversations

**Portfolio**
We don't do test tasks. Instead, we ask you to share what you've already done — in its real, working form.
_**Please send us:**_
• Visual cases and case studies — polished presentations of your work, showing outcomes and design decisions. NDA-covered work is fine to present on a call.
• Raw materials — work-in-progress files, analysis boards, FigJam canvases, research notes, early explorations. This is mandatory. We want to see how you actually think and operate, not a cleaned-up highlight reel.

**What We Offer**
• A team of talented, open-minded professionals who love to experiment
• Flexible benefits based on your priorities: medical insurance, sports compensation, English/Spanish courses, pet care, business communication, and more
• Private Entrepreneur and legal support
• Remote-first with office access in Kyiv, Warsaw, Buenos Aires, or Nashville
