## Description

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Care professional to join our team supporting a leading E-Commerce Platform in Greece. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing and dynamic industry while enjoying life in one of Europe’s most attractive locations.

As a German Speaking Customer Care representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and support to our valued German-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address their inquiries promptly and professionally, effectively resolving any issues they may encounter, helping to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience on our platform. Your ability to communicate clearly in German and empathize with customers will contribute significantly to building trust and customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships with our client base.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking customers
-   Assist customers with order processing, payment issues, returns, and product information
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
-   Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and billing to resolve customer issues efficiently
-   Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
-   Collect customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
-   Participate in training sessions to stay updated on platform features and policies

## Requirements

-   Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in E-Commerce or retail
-   Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
-   Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
-   Enthusiasm for E-Commerce and digital platforms
