**Responsibilities:**

-   Performing basic tasks such as loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
-   Assisting with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
-   Operating basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
-   Following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate protective gear.
-   Assisting other crew members and tradesmen as needed.

## Requirements

-   No prior experience required, but construction experience is a plus.
-   Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
-   Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
