We are currently looking for a **friendly, professional, and guest-focused Casual Night Receptionist** to join our Front Office team at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel.

Key Information

-   **Role:** Receptionist
-   **Hours:** Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
-   **Salary:** £12.71ph
-   **Location:** The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, SW10 0XE

What You'll Do

-   Welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
-   Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries efficiently.
-   Handle reservations, billing, and administrative tasks accurately.
-   Build positive relationships with guests and personalise their experience.
-   Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively.
-   Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

What We're Looking For

-   Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role.
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-   A positive, professional, and approachable manner.
-   Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
-   **Experience with Opera Cloud is desirable.**
-   Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
