### Production / Packaging Associate – $11/hr to Start

**Location:** \[Location\]  
**Pay:** **$11/hour to start — increases to $15/hour once hired on full-time**  
**Shifts:** 1st & 3rd Shift Available

### Responsibilities

-   Package and prepare products for shipment
-   Perform basic production and assembly tasks
-   Inspect products for quality and accuracy
-   Follow safety and production procedures
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area
-   Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

## Requirements

-   Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
-   Good attention to detail
-   Ability to stand for extended periods
-   Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
-   Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
