## Description

**Role & Responsibilities**:

-   Review and analyze requirements and user stories
-   Collaborate with Product Team and Development Team to develop effective test strategies and acceptance criteria
-   Evaluate the product according to requirements, user stories, usability and supported platforms - Web App, Progress
-   Web App, Android App and iOS App.
-   Create logs to document testing phases and defects/bugs
-   Report bugs and errors to development teams
-   Help troubleshoot issues
-   Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
-   Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product development and delivery

## Requirements

Requirements:

-   At least 2 years of experience with Manual Software Testing
-   Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
-   Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
-   Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. JIRA) and SQL
-   Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
