## Description

**Job Purpose**

Manage and oversee warranty claim operations, ensure compliance with OEM standards, and support product improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, analytical ability, and after-sales experience to optimize warranty processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Validate and process warranty claims from dealers/service centers.
-   Monitor claim accuracy and ensure compliance with OEM policies.
-   Analyses warranty data to identify cost drivers, trends, and root causes.
-   Prepare reports on warranty performance and product reliability.
-   Provide technical guidance to dealers and internal teams.
-   Support audits, training, and process improvements in warranty operations.
-   Liaise with engineering and quality teams on product issues.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related engineering field.
-   4–5 years’ experience in warranty, after-sales, or service engineering (automotive preferred).
-   Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
-   Proficiency with warranty systems, ERP, or DMS platforms.
-   Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high claim volumes.
