### **Customer Service & Sales Representative**

**💲 $17.00/hour**  
**📅 Monday–Friday**

Are you a people person with strong communication and organizational skills? We're looking for a motivated **Customer Service & Sales Representative** to join our client's team. In this role, you'll assist customers, support sales efforts, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
-   Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
-   Support sales by building relationships and identifying customer needs.
-   Process orders, quotes, and customer information accurately.
-   Maintain organized records and documentation.
-   Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
-   Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed.

## Requirements

-   Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-   Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office are a plus.
-   Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-   Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
-   Dependable with excellent attendance.
