As a **Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative**, you’ll assist customers via **phone, email, and chat**, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for every interaction.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain international experience while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle in Greece.

### **Your Responsibilities**

-   Handle customer inquiries in Swedish via phone, chat, and email
-   Provide accurate information and solutions following company policies
-   Resolve issues professionally and maintain high-quality service standards
-   Document interactions and escalate when necessary
-   Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and workflows
-   Participate in training and onboarding programs

## Requirements

-   Fluent Swedish (spoken and written, near-native level preferred)
-   Good English skills (B2)
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-   Comfortable using computers, Windows OS, and online tools
-   Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
-   Flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
-   Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
