## Description

**Purpose:** Responsible for arranging transportation operations and activities for product-related materials and parts. This includes planning, liaising, and confirming with sub-contracting service providers to receive and return materials/parts to support operations fulfilments.  

**Key Area of Responsibilities:**

-   Manage product-related materials/parts from internally in accordance with VDL operational Procedures.
-   Prepare the transit documents for administrative before dispatch of product to Supplier.
-   Handling non-conforming part by returning and receiving product from internal and supplier
-   Maintain safety and security of the sub-con area to ensure a safe work environment.
-   Support in transport booking for internal & external use to ensure deliverables are met.
-   Liaise with supplier for collection to rework parts.
-   Prepare labels with details (E.g. Project code, production order number, and quantities) according to individual folders and paste them on the components and parts.
-   Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.

## Requirements

-   Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering
-   Meticulous
