## Description

A well-established industrial company located in the Salzburg area is looking for an experienced and reliable finance professional to take full responsibility for accounting and financial reporting of several operating entities.

**Your responsibilities:**

-   Independent handling of day-to-day accounting and full responsibility for closing activities of selected entities
-   Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with UGB (Austrian GAAP)
-   Coordination with external tax advisors and preparation of tax-related filings
-   Active participation in the optimization and automation of accounting processes and systems
-   Close collaboration with internal departments and Group Controlling
-   Optional: support in payroll accounting (BMD) if prior experience is available

## Requirements

**Your profile:**

-   Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK or equivalent)
-   Passed accountant certification (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung)
-   At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a corporate or larger business environment
-   Strong affinity for digital tools, automation, and structured financial processes
-   Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
-   Experience with Power BI is a plus
-   Hands-on attitude and solution-oriented way of working
-   Fluent in German
-   Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
-   Team spirit, independence, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
