### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch and English-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding digital products and services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
-   Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
-   Stay informed about the company’s digital solutions and updates to provide accurate information to clients.
-   Document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for future reference.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues efficiently.
-   Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or digital sector.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
-   Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office products.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
