### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.

-   Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
-   Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
-   Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
-   Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
-   Detail-oriented and well-organized.
