We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Salesforce Developer** to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, integrations, asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, and emerging Salesforce AI technologies including **Agentforce** and **Data Cloud**.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

### Salesforce Development & Architecture

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform features.
-   Build reusable and maintainable components adhering to Salesforce best practices.
-   Implement complex business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and custom frameworks.

### Integration & APIs

-   Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
-   Design robust integration patterns for real-time and batch data synchronization.
-   Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance and reliability.

### Asynchronous Processing

-   Implement and manage asynchronous Apex solutions using:

-   Queueable Apex
-   Batch Apex
-   Scheduled Apex
-   Future Methods

-   Optimize large-scale data processing and transaction management.

### Event-Driven Architecture

-   Design and implement event-based solutions using:

-   Salesforce Platform Events
-   Change Data Capture (CDC)
-   Event Monitoring

-   Build scalable real-time communication mechanisms between Salesforce and external applications.

### Data Management & Analytics

-   Develop and optimize **SOQL**, **SOSL**, and **Aggregate Queries** for reporting and large-volume data processing.
-   Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization.
-   Support data migration and synchronization initiatives.

### AI & Data Cloud

-   Design and implement solutions leveraging **Salesforce Data Cloud** for customer data unification and activation.
-   Build AI-powered experiences using **Agentforce** and Salesforce AI capabilities.
-   Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and customer engagement.

### Lightning Web Components (LWC)

-   Develop interactive and responsive user interfaces using LWC.
-   Integrate frontend components with Apex services and external APIs.
-   Ensure optimal user experience and platform performance.

Required Skills

-   Strong experience with Salesforce Platform Development.
-   Expertise in:

-   Apex Development
-   Asynchronous Apex
-   Lightning Web Components (LWC)
-   Salesforce Integrations
-   Aggregate Queries (SOQL)
-   Platform Events
-   Change Data Capture (CDC)
-   Queueable Apex

-   Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
-   Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
-   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
-   Experience implementing Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

-   Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
-   Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.
-   Data Cloud Certification is a plus.
-   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
-   Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience

-   6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
-   Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale integration implementations.
-   Experience working on high-volume Salesforce applications and event-driven architectures.

Nice to Have

-   MuleSoft Integration experience.
-   Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
-   Knowledge of Salesforce Industries and Einstein AI capabilities.
