## Description

We are looking for an **IT Engineer** with **2–3 years of experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of IT systems, **electronic payment gateways**, and **low-current systems** in general, with the ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
-   Handle and support **electronic payment gateways** and ensure their proper operation.
-   Support and troubleshoot **low-current systems** and related technical solutions.
-   Monitor system performance and identify technical issues proactively.
-   Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
-   Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
-   Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, issues, and maintenance activities.
-   Ensure IT systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and securely.
-   Provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees and resolve IT-related problems.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering**, or a related field.
-   **2–3 years of relevant experience** in IT.
-   Good understanding of **electronic payment gateways**.
-   Good knowledge of **low-current systems** and related technologies.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Good communication and coordination skills.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues.
