**What You’ll Be Doing:**

As a **Retail & F&B Commercial Consultant**, you’ll advise landlords, developers, brands, restaurateurs and investors on leasing and acquisition strategies.

Your day-to-day will include:

-   Leasing and selling **retail and F&B units** across malls, high streets and mixed-use assets
-   Working closely with **restaurant groups, café brands, franchises and retail operators**
-   Advising clients on **footfall, positioning, unit selection, rental strategy and market trends**
-   Building long-term relationships with landlords, developers and business owners
-   Negotiating commercial terms and closing high-value transactions

This is a **commission-based role**, ideal for someone financially ready to take control of their earnings. It’s not a traditional 9–5 — but for the right person, the rewards are significant.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

-   Driven, commercially minded professionals with a proactive approach
-   Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
-   **Retail and/or F&B leasing experience is highly desirable** (but not essential)
-   A solid understanding of customer journeys, locations and brand positioning
-   A valid UAE driving license (or ability to convert one)
-   Fluency in English
