## Description

Bizbe Inc is an innovative AI-native M&A firm and business brokerage dedicated to small and medium-sized businesses. Our mission is to make small business ownership more accessible because we believe that owning a business is the truest path to building lasting wealth. At Bizbe, we combine cutting-edge AI infrastructure with the traditional, relationship-driven process of brokering deals, enabling business owners to exit on their terms while facilitating the next generation of operators to step into ownership. We are an early-stage, ambitious company focused on creating the platform and services we always wished existed in the industry.

As a Data Scientist at Bizbe Inc, you will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive decision-making and enhance our AI-driven platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that support business growth and client success. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your data science expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on transforming the business brokerage industry.

- Design experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and strategies.

- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
